100% Vegan and Cruelty Free
It’s Our Remedy is guaranteed to be 100% vegan. The team at It’s Our Remedy are vegan and vegetarian, so it really is something we care about.
We will never test our products on animals. We test them on real women, with real conditions. The product and everything about it (even the packaging) is cruelty free – even the vegan lunch I eat and oat milk in my coffee (as I write this) is cruelty free!
Plastic Free Options
Pictured is our bottle with a cap on. You can keep your pipette and get a re-fill for £5 less!
There was a statistic “by 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish.” This is scary. We are doing our bit to combat this by offering a plastic free option once you have brought your first bottle of Our Remedy. You can reuse the pipette. We will also deliver your product in zero plastic.
Charity Donations
For every full priced bottle sold we donate to help fight period poverty. Period poverty is very real and it is happening on our doorsteps.
It can mean girls have to miss school and their valuable education. The charity we donate to is called Bloody Good Period.
Essential Oils
Our Remedy also contains other essential oils such as Clary Sage and geranium, which have their own benefits for PMS.
Clary Sage is nicknamed women’s oil because of how it is thought to help with menstruation and menopause symptoms.
Geranium is an amazing essential oil for easing anxiety
Flavours
We infuse different essential oils into our hemp products. This makes it taste fresh and takes away the cannabis taste, something that puts some off.
Add it to your hot chocolate for a hint of mint, a delicious way to wind down in the evening!
Printed Using Soy Ink
Soy ink is the most environmentally friendly way to print. It’s a non toxic vegetable based ink that is harmless to the environment.
We use this in all our packaging to be sure that we are helping the world to recycle. If you want to know more about soy ink and why we use it.

It’s Our Remedy is made in the UK, by us! When you buy Our Remedy you are not adding to carbon emissions by having something shipped over from another country.
